“The theme of my show, Pretty in Pink, is inspiration based on shows of color. I love the use of color and have seen shows with predominant colors of red. The use of one significant color as a predominant color in art has always been intriguing to me. The title of the show is a play on words of the iconic 80’s movie Pretty in Pink with Molly Ringwald, one of my favorite movies to watch when growing up. Pink is fun because it’s not a predominant color in everyday life, in nature, many buildings and structures. It’s a vibrant color found in fashion and florals, two of my favorite things! PINK!!”
