The body of work shown in Barely There is a collection of archival pigment prints from instant film photographs that I have taken over the last 10 years. The original photographs had been missteps in exposure but turned out to be simple and beautiful imagery.  I have hung on to these “missteps” to have a show exclusively dedicated to them someday. I love the ghost like quality to these organic abstract images. It is a quality of quietness that the majority of my other work does not have. I like to think of these photographs as fading memories; the after thought from a waking dream.
